The apartment was fairly clean and brilliant, what was expecting. There was kitchen where you could get some good. It had fantastic views and a TV and a sofa set.

I recently stayed at James' Place for a short break and had a wonderful experience. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of attention to detail. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was perfect for my dietary needs. The location was central, with supermarkets and corner shops nearby. The antelope pub next door was a great addition, with friendly and welcoming staff. Any issues we had were promptly attended to by James, who was incredibly helpful. a fantastic stay and we would definitely return.

Thank you for excellent stay for a weekend in wales and close to town centre, hikes and Brecon Mountain Railway. This brilliant apartment is based to all the waterfalls. It's nestled in stylish building.

The room was nice and cozy, perfect for a short stay. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for staying connected. the location was convenient, with easy access to hiking trails in the area. Plus, the Welsh cakes and chocolate on arrival were a sweet treat!
The host's messages were quite lengthy and overwhelming, although they were helpful. It would have been better if they were shorter and to the point.

The separate kitchen and bathroom were small but well equipped, and having free parking right outside was a bonus. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues that arose. Plus, the location was convenient for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was clean, loved the host, had 3 great days here. All the rooms were stylish with excellent facilities. Almost everything was perfect, the location of the apartment was near main restaurants and pubs as well as the attractions, nonetheless the area was awful.

It was magnificent on transport & shops close buy for food. Amazing stuff, gave us all the info. Everything was clean, met needs.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, especially for visiting Bike Park Wales. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even providing Welsh Cakes and fresh milk on arrival.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.
